Marching band reverse raffle
- What: A reverse raffle is when all tickets are drawn until there is only one ticket: that ticket holder will win the $10,000 prize!
- When: Aug 4-Sept 5 at midnight. Raffle drawing will take place at the Eagle Classic, Sept 6.
- Where: Tickets are sold online at this link: https://tinyurl.com/
EBBRaffle - Why: We are raising funds to support our band program’s budget, which is over $250,000. We only get $1,000 from NC, and, as you know, families pay their fair share. We want to help close the gap to help keep our bands competitive and improve access for students.
- Cost: Each ticket costs $100. Ticket sales will not exceed 400.
Student Incentives:
Right now, we have just under 100 students in marching band, so we have a goal to sell 360. If we meet this goal, the students will get to dunk Kuntal at the Eagle Classic!!
The students have weekly incentives to help motivate them to sell:

Week 1 - Skip PT one morning

Week 2 - Dance class with Joey

Week 3 - Observe a few reps from the staff box

Week 4 - Pie a staff member
Selling 4 tickets doesn’t mean buying 4 tickets

Each $100 ticket can be split between multiple people — you can sell a single ticket to a group of coworkers, friends, or family members. Everyone shares the prize if they win!

10 coworkers or 1 soccer team pitch in $10 each

Extended family chips in together for 1 ticket

The Enloe Band Boosters run two concessions stands at the CCUMP venue throughout their concert season (roughly April - October), where the Boosters receive a portion of sales and 100% of tips collected. (If you're a concert goer, come see as at West Wine & North Wine!) The last two years, this has proven the most consistent and lucrative fundraiser for our organization -- but it takes a lot of people to help cover concert nights. The Enloe Band Boosters supports Enloe classroom bands by ensuring that all the program needs are met including: purchasing of new instruments & music, repairing & replacing instruments currently used in the classroom, and bringing clinicians into the classroom to work with all students. Please consider making a donation to our annual classroom fair share drive.
