Winter Guard

Winter guard is an extracurricular dance-based activity that involves spinning different equipment - flags, rifles and sabres. While our color guard students perform with the marching band in the fall, in the winter (Dec-April) the season is all about them!

Guard members from the marching band are joined by dancers and other students to form a larger Winter Guard ensemble that competes on the Winter Guard International (WGI) and Atlantic Indoor Association (AIA) circuits in February through April.

Financial Aid

Our extracurricular ensembles have additional expenses which require families to help pay their fair share. At the same time, no student should be denied the opportunity to participate in the band program based upon their financial circumstances. The Enloe Band Boosters have established a Financial Aid Fund to assist families with a demonstrated financial need in meeting their obligation to pay student fees or fair share payments required to participate in the Enloe Winter Guard. Learn more here. Application deadline: December 15
